On April 11, I was thrilled to present a workshop: Stronger Together, Building Partnerships and Collaborations to Maximize Community Impact at the Inspired Cities Summit.
I was joined by four of my amazing clients and colleagues to workshop four different collaborative project scenarios where we addressed these key questions:
What are your goals?
Who else in your community is offering similar programming?
What does your organization bring to the table?
What potential partners align with your values?
Productive and insightful discussions were had in every group, with a focus on creating a Self Evaluation Toolbox, and building an Outreach Strategy.
Huge gratitude to my assistant facilitators: Meaghan Duckett, Michelle Dickie, Janine Makar, and Jude Brunt, and to the City of Kelowna for once again putting together an incredible conference for the social impact sector in the Okanagan!
Coaching and Monthly Support Program
Many of my client relationships evolve into longer term support. Quite often strategic planning can lead to Board and governance support and risk assessments, and developing funding and marketing strategies frequently leads to a focus on partnership development.
This has led me down the path of developing a program to provide packaged, longer term support to organizations. The support can be focused on one or multiple services, and will be fully created in collaboration with you. It's not set in stone, and can evolve throughout the contract term.
The Monthly Support Program can be contracted for 3, 6, or 12 month terms for between 25-75 hours a month, and can switch to month-to-month support at the end of the term. All of the contracted terms are offered at a reduction of my set hourly rate.
