Our Work
We support nonprofit organizations and businesses in building strong, sustainable foundations and mutually beneficial partnerships to maximize their resources and maintain collaborative, inclusive teams.
Our clients receive fully customized service, and responsive support that creates impact. Everything we implement is created with a mind to having the organization use the tools we create going forward, and our approach is always thoughtful and intentional.

Re:Up Studio and the Kelowna SHARE Society
We started working with the Kelowna SHARE Society to launch their social Enterprise; Re:Up Studio. We started by developing a strategy and plan to launch the brand, creating a quarterly newsletter, developing a new website, and creating social media accounts. The next phase was helping to establish relationships with funders, create collaborations with community partners, and to lead projects and new social enterprises, such as creating a collection for Kelowna Fashion Week and developing the Kelowna Thrift Trail.
This Space Belongs to You
It has been a privilege to work with the team at This Space from the start of the organization. We helped to create the standing committee structure, established board meeting protocol and documentation templates, and helped develop the operational plan. We also implemented our proprietary board mentorship program, performed individual board member competency profiles, and a full board profile assessment with recommendations. In addition, we created an on-boarding package for new board members, and a performance review process.

Oasis United Church - Penticton
It was an absolute pleasure to work closely with the leadership team at Oasis to carefully evaluate and develop multiple social enterprise proposals for implementation, including detailed market evaluation. Collective decision making is a key value of Oasis, so our approach was 100% collaborative.
Ben Calf Robe Society
We have an on-going relationship with Ben Calf Robe Society (BCRS) where we work with the team on a variety of projects. Most recently, we developed a three-year strategic plan, and created a risk management plan including an interactive tool that includes task assignment, timing, and completion tracking. Our next project with BCRS is to develop their annual report.

We are proud to work with the Kelowna Women's Shelter (KWS) to support their important work. We worked closely with the Executive Director and Board to develop a board governance strategy, structure, and processes. This included our proprietary board competency assessment with a recruitment and succession plan, a member program, mentorship, and reference guides.
Our second project with KWS is to assist with process improvements for their internal operations.
