Strategy and Coaching

Being a small firm offers the opportunity to build solutions that work for you, which is where our strategy development and coaching services evolved from.

Strategy includes several services such as, 3-5 year strategic plan development, creation of a risk assessment and management plan, constructing a theory of change, as well as a combination of these services or a scaled down version of any of them depending on the needs of your organization.

For coaching, we can support you through one time contracts, and we also offer monthly support packages where we work with you to create a combined service offering built just for you. These monthly support packages are offered on 3, 6, and 12 month contracts for 20, 40, or 60 hours per month at a reduction of our hourly rate.
